Carol A. Gerhard

Carol A. Gerhard is a native of Cooperstown (Latrobe) and a graduate of Derry Area High School. She earned her B.S. in Education (Social Studies) at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and taught in Derry for several years before leaving teaching to take on management of Fairview Farm with her husband, the late Shelly R. Gerhard. For the past 30 + years she has also been mum, grammy, family administrator, caregiver and chauffeur to her extended family. Now she is bringing her lifetime of efficiency experience to the main office of the Laurel Mountain Post most weekday mornings.
