Ruth (Parrish) Richardson has been a Derry resident her entire life and is a graduate of Derry Area High School. Passionate about maintaining the values and traditions of small town America, she has been an active voice in Derry, including Derry Board of Recreation (DAPP), and the PAL program within Derry school system.
